Would you say he gained more muscle in that 17 weeks? Or Just Stripped all the BS away and this is what was under there?

Shelby's coaching is top notch. He replies very quickly & tries hard to understand your body.

If u're a busy guy & wants your coach to do the thinking for u. Shelby is good.

We pushed to get him up close to 240 before the start of prep. In the "after" pic (taken after prejudging) he's about 193/194
