I am updating an old HRT thread Imade that asked- best wat to cut up on trt. My diet and protocol was on point.
25mg test prop'eod with aromas in 2x per week. I cycle in a week of hcg per month just to keep the boys on board. Plus this makes me generally feel better. Something about my body's own test just does hat to me. I have shredded and cu down to 189.8 and 6% bf 6ft tall exactly at my summer goal.
Some keys I foung. Aromas in is strong..small doses 2-3x per week. Morning fasted cardio on 2iu of gh does wonders. It doesn't look it, but I is it for a month before my trip, felt like shit during cardio and lifting. Just used 200 mg caffeine o get me through
But then I took 2 weeks off the gh and it is like my HT got a Makeover. All this I me I was getting pissed weighing myself for the first week after stopping gh and no change, then I go on vacation, work out less, but ABS are carved up, just fighting to be unveiled. Awesome. Just had to share
