I have decided it would be nice to cut back on my total protein consumption - just take in better/more easily utilized sources. I have already decided to forgo the 'get big or die trying' mindset I had for a while. What I would like to do is maintain my current level of muscularity, with the possibility of getting leaner or adding a small amount of muscle. Now that getting huge is not a primary concern I'd like to maintain my physique in the most healthy way possible. Right now I'm sitting at 5'10, 210 at around 9 or 10 percent. Here is my current diet:
4 whole free range eggs
1.5 scoops of whey blend from TP
3/4 cup oatmeal
8 oz chicken breast
1 cup basmati rice
1 oz almonds
1.5 scoops whey blend from TP
1 cup plain coconut milk
3 free range eggs
Pre/Post workout: 2 scoops of Mass G's powdered muscle
8 oz grass fed 90% lean beef
large bowl of steamed broccoli
1.5 scoops whey blend
3 whole free range eggs
What I'd like to do is add in some LBAs and reduce my whey consumption, or even my overall protein consumption if that allow me to hold my current condition - I want my kidneys and digestive system to be in good shape! How should I go about this?
