LOOSE SKIN OR FAT

1-2 inches of skin can be easily pulled off my lower abs went from 220-150 in a year and a bit alot of stretch marks in the lower abs area upper abs show and side of rips visible but from belly button down there is 1 -2 inches of skin

I have attached 4 different pictures what do the pros think loose skin or fat?

If loose skin will that little bit tighten it self?

and also curious what body fat percentage you think I am?

Loosing the skin will do nothing for the fat. However loosing the fat will greatly help reduce the amount of skin you want to loose and make your gains look all that much better. Exercising and tightening the skin with muscle will take up some of the loose skin. Then what is left if you still want to loose the skin would be lesser. You will still have "some" loose skin but not as much as before. My vote is to loose the fat first.

tat that covers your ENTIRE midsection

other than that......there is skin and there is fat

just keep going.......you can go as far as you want

btw.......you look about 9, 10, 11%
again hard to tell

The longer you are able to stay at lower BF levels will help as well. I don't mean staying in contest shape year round, but rather staying leaner than before. One of the problems with being fat and then getting leaner is those damn fat cells are ready to come back full speed ahead. Keep at it.
 
You've got loose skin. But you also have plenty of fat. When your skin starts getting real loose, you know you're dropping fat at a high rate. The older you are the slower it tightens. And the better your diet the faster it tightens. It's all a balancing act.

Right about now the skin around my waist flops over my underwear. But that just makes me real real happy. In another month or so it will be tight and clean.
 
The skin doesn't look that loose, and great job on the weight loss man!! I think it will retract in time, the stretch marks wont go away, but will probably lighten up. Worse comes to worse, it's nothing a mini tummy tuck wont take care of when you lose the extra fat!

Great work on the fat loss!

Don't worry about the stretch marks either. Plenty of bros that lift have them, and with a decent tan, they're much less noticeable.

okay thats alright i guess but im pretty light then im only 147 in the morning dry weight how do i loose that extra little bit

my workout for the coming weeks is going to be

Monday- morning Chest x 12

afternoon bis x 8
30min cardio

Tuesday-morning 30min Cardio
forearms x8

afternoon- tricepsx8
trapsx4

Wednesday- morning- Backx12

afternoon- 20min HIT cardio
Abs Upper/Lower/side/ x4 TRI SET

Thursday -morning- Shouldersx12

afternoon-Bisx8
Trapsx4

Friday- morning 45min cardio

afternoon- Legsx10
Abs Upper/Lower/Side x4 Tri set

Saturday- Morning Triceps x8
Forearmsx4

Afternoon- 20Min HIT cardio


diet roughly 140grams carbs cutoff after last workout and about 50% protein 15% carbs 35% fat 3400 hundred cals my Tdee is 2930 but if i have 3000 I loose alot of weight quick I know Im kinda changing the thread but if anyone can chime in how to get to 6% body fat Id love to listen
