Loose skin or just Fat?

Hey Guys,

This will be the first time I post any kind of picture online and since this forum has the best knowledge I'd figure I'd post here.

A quick background, I starting lifting weights in high school and feel in love with it. Although I worked out, my diet was horrible so I was always fat. I finally changed my diet(crash) in my late 20's and loss a lot of weight(70lbs) but I didn't look good. I found this forum and starting really learning about diet, so I say for the last two years I got a lot better with my nutrition.

I have a lot of loose skin in my lower stomach area, what can I do tighten it up. I carry most of my fat in my lower back area. I would like get my waist smaller and want drop some more Fat before I start to Pin.

My typical diet M-F

My problem is weekends, for the most part I eat good but I like to take my wife out for dinner and enjoy myself.

Breakfast (8:00-8:30am)
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein
1 tsp NPB

Snack (10-10:30am)
1 can tuna w/Tabasco sauce

Lunch(12:00-12:45)
Chicken breast or lean turkey
Broccoli

Snack (3:00-3:35)
1 can Tuna w/ Tabasco sauce

Dinner (5:00-5:45pm)
Chicken Breast wrap
Broccoli
* 1 hour Nap after dinner

Workout(8pm)

Post workout protein shake (9:30pm)

Before Bed
4 Egg White Omelet w/ FF Cottage Cheese Franks Hot Sauce.


Any Tips/Criticism Would be much appreciated...Thank You

Your carrying s lot of fat in lower belly and love handles judging by these pictures while being quite lean on other parts. You should hour one of pms coaches. U user shelby and he's a fat loss genius. John meadows is good too and Phil heron. Have s little chat with each one and see who suites your needs. In about 10 weeks with shelby I've made the gains of my life. Leaner with more muscle. You've built a very good physique so don't take offense by what I say about belly fat, none ment at all just trying to help you move forward

You are defiantly on the right track and have made huge changes in your body composition so their is certainly some loose skin but their is some fat as well but certainly nothing to be disappointed with. You skin will tighten up with time , look at it as battle scars with your fight against the bulge:headbang:

Diet doesn't looks awful though if it were me i'd rearrange the macros a little and defiantly ditch the nap after dinner.

IF you like eating out on the weekends then your diet needs to be more strict during the week and let the weekend eating act as sort of a "cheat" but this doesn't mean go buck wild and eat more than you are but even tighten that up a little.

You could do a full no carb diet all week then enjoy the weekend sensibly.

I HIGHLY recommend hiring a trainer , you need to look at it as an investment in your education on nutrition , you will learn more is a 16 week contest prep with a good coach than you can' in 5 years listening to shit your read in mags , look at it like hiring a tutor!!

I have a limited budget at the moment (helping out some family)....but I know what I'll do with my next Bonus check:).

I just recently purchased Shelby's E-book, really enjoying it.

Someone mention a carb free week, I think I'll give that a try and stick to one cheat meal every weekend. Would skipping the nap after eating make a big difference ?
