Hey Guys,
This will be the first time I post any kind of picture online and since this forum has the best knowledge I'd figure I'd post here.
A quick background, I starting lifting weights in high school and feel in love with it. Although I worked out, my diet was horrible so I was always fat. I finally changed my diet(crash) in my late 20's and loss a lot of weight(70lbs) but I didn't look good. I found this forum and starting really learning about diet, so I say for the last two years I got a lot better with my nutrition.
I have a lot of loose skin in my lower stomach area, what can I do tighten it up. I carry most of my fat in my lower back area. I would like get my waist smaller and want drop some more Fat before I start to Pin.
My typical diet M-F
My problem is weekends, for the most part I eat good but I like to take my wife out for dinner and enjoy myself.
Breakfast (8:00-8:30am)
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein
1 tsp NPB
Snack (10-10:30am)
1 can tuna w/Tabasco sauce
Lunch(12:00-12:45)
Chicken breast or lean turkey
Broccoli
Snack (3:00-3:35)
1 can Tuna w/ Tabasco sauce
Dinner (5:00-5:45pm)
Chicken Breast wrap
Broccoli
* 1 hour Nap after dinner
Workout(8pm)
Post workout protein shake (9:30pm)
Before Bed
4 Egg White Omelet w/ FF Cottage Cheese Franks Hot Sauce.
Any Tips/Criticism Would be much appreciated...Thank You
