I have been training for 11 years but could not compete because of a serious back injury. My back is now 100% and I am just under 5 weeks out from my first BodyBuilding compition. The problem is because I bulked up quite a bit, now that I have dieted from 260lbs too a fairly lean 217 and plan too come in at or around 210lb I seem to have loose skin around my abs witch I need too shift before the show. I rember reading about glucose injections too help tighten up loose skin.
Any suggestions ??
