Hey guys/gals I'd like your opinion on something. Loose skin after losing a ton of bodyfat. Other than spending large amounts of $ to have it cut off, does my buddy just need to fill it in with muscle? Lower ab region. He's really lean now everywhere else, butnow has that loose skin there. His upper abs are in pretty good, intercostals, etc just that one little area. Suggestions on exercises other than leg raises cuz he does those on a daily basis. He's even gotten to a point where he puts a 20lb dumbell between his feet and does straight legged raises with it.

Oh, do you think he does abs too much as he does them 4-5 days a week and if he needs to add muscle should he cut that back cuz of overtraining them?
