Hi Every one
This might be the stupidest question anyone asked here so far .. but I need to know the answer ... Why is it every time i start to put on weight I can see my defination fades away .... is there something I should be doing when i m increasing my daily calorie intake ...

Thank you sir : ) in my defece I have to say its still morning and I am usually slow . but still isnt there anything I can do like more cardio or something to keep my defination while gaining mass like u know clean bulk ...I m trying to keep my diet as clean as possible ... the only thing that kinda raise my eye brow is weight gainer (mutant mass) tht i just added to my diet cud be doing its job ..

As a vague answer without very much information about you: I would say the simple answer is that you have created too much of a surpluss of calories too fast. Try starting off with an extra 500 calories per day for a week and see how much spillover you are getting at that calorie level. I you feel you are losing too much definition then reduce the calories. If you are not gaining weight after the week, adjust by another 500 calories. Keep in mind that as you do gain weight in lean mass your basic calorie requirements will change in order to sustain the new muscle. There is no shortcut in gaining quality lean mass, have a plan for nutrition, training, and rest, stick with the plan, work hard and don't be in a rush.
 
Lean Bulk is still bulk.There's limited gains to be made without some bulk(fat),weight(fat) gains.Say it anyway you like,but its still acquiring fat to grow muscle.You can always diet down later.If you want to achieve your potential,drop the preconcieved notions that everybody stays shredded all the time.

Just wanted to 2nd what BigEvil said. It is different for everyone. So you need to just watch your body and the intake. You'll find what works for your build over sometime. Key as always is diet, diet, cardio, train. Just know its not easy...:cool:

Wait until you're hungrier between meals....or up your supps.
 
Thanks every one for ur help ... I followed the rule that big evil is talking about ... before i was only taking extra calories from Weight Gainer .. i did that for couple of week and nothing happen then i added in 2nd breakfast and a couple of fruits around 4 pm ... and this I guess i have to find a proper medium in all this
as my diet I usually keep my diet very clean throughout the week but its the weekend that through me off ... usually i try to eat low carb meals and if I am taking some sort of grain i make sure its brown or whole wheat .only use olive oil for frying if I have to other wise grill . 1 protien shake 1st thing in the morning with oat meal and 2nd around 1 Ltr of weight gainer after my workout ..
