When you say you’d look like a medical patient are you referring to very pale skin? If so, have you ever tried MT2 as suggested earlier? It’ll change your pale skin to a darker shade for sure!

I went to Ankara. Id recommend staying away from the hair mills in Istanbul. I spent $7k, looked like shit for about a week then it just looked like I shaved my head. I was quoted upwards of $20k by a few sites in the US and before and after photos never impressed me.

FYI, running primo is what caused my hair loss. I never had any issues with any other anabolics. Wish I never would have touched it

I’ve been on cialis 5mg for years now. I don’t recall ever seeing anything about cialis increasing hair growth.
If you’re referring to the sex drive loss, the cialis helps get it up, but the libido still isn’t there.

Yea man if you’re worried about or prone to hair loss don’t even think about it. I had run test, var, EQ, NPP, tren and tbol in the past and never had an issue. 2 months on primo totally fucked my hairline

Oral? I read studies that said topical was more effective or no difference at all?

Went from near baldness on the crown to regrowth and not even being able to notice it. Been on this for several years now and can run heavy doses of gear without issue. I do stay away from Tren and Masteron though.

All oral per day. NO topical bullshit. No sexual issues.

10,000 mcg Biotin
50mg Zinc

Also if you are opposed to taking Finasteride or Dutasteride the option of getting a hair transplant is off the table. I was considering this before jumping on the above regimen I laid out and the doc's clearly stated that I would have had to take Fina prior to surgery just to strengthen the existing hair follicle. Also you will need to take Fina or Dutas after the transplant otherwise you will just end up losing the newly transplanted hair since you still have the DHT running through you body.

Your 2 choices are block the DHT or shave your head.

I’m not at that level yet. And even if I was, it is not an option. My skin complexion would make me look like a hospital patient. The shape of my head would also make me look ridiculous. Trying to keep what I have as long as possible.

I’m currently seeing a lot of hairs everytime I wash my hair in the drain. Current blast is week 1 of Test 600/NPP 300. Prior to that was 400mg Test and 60mg var. im assuming the var contributed to a lot of my recent hair loss. After this 6 week blast, I will go on TRT and evaluate my options.

My current protocol is:
-Nizoral every other day
-RU 1x day
-minoxidil 2x a day
-1.5mm micro needling 1x a week
-Actiiv shampoo and conditioner (I don’t think this has had any effect)
-Nutrafol

I have no MPB in my family. Thick head of hair despite hair loss. Started at the crown, now it seems to be in front area thinning.

I will look into PRP injections after this blast and depending on how bad it gets, maybe a hair transplant…..

I’ve been on and off 20 years now and never had hair loss like this before. I even had hair down to my shoulders at one point. I’m currently late 30’s.

Just grow a pair and do what you want, its your face/head you have to look at each day. No one gives a fly f about your hair except you.

I started using a topical finasteride and it killed my sex drive. I think i might even have post finasteride syndrome from it.

If it kills your sex drive no point in worrying about your hair if you can't get it up bro.
Women might find your hair attractive but come bed time & you can't perform what's the point?

Sorry but this is not true. You mentioned you were practically bald, that’s probably why your doctor said that. Also, the hairs taken from the recipient area are typically DHT resistant, that’s why they’re still there and the hairs on top of your scalp were thinning/falling out to begin with.

I’m not saying finasteride won’t work but everything you said was false.
