Losing Major Weight

^im continually shocked by the amounts of geari see people running and there pics.

this cycle is not only pretty crazy but seems to make little if any sense other then just eating whatever is around.

I have sure been guilty of using way more gear then necessary in the past but, shit people these days are putting me to shame! lol

I know right. Some of these guys look natty and are boatloaded.
 
The best thing to NOT do at this point, is get butt hurt by some of the comments/ advice in this thread. Most of the guys responding compete and are only trying to help you. It's important to hear other peoples views on your progress because our own opinions about ourselves are often skewed.

but if you need to compete and look decent at least..

Cardio twice a day an hour a session.
workout twice a day.
drop carbs to 100g and increase protein 25% of the amount of the carbs that you dropped...
You are on a lot of gear , but you need to just lower test and add more tren A..

If you're behind and dedicated to make it; you just gonna have to go all out..

Like the others have said, don't worry about weight dropping unless you are losing strength. Although at this point you may have to sacrifice a little mass to come in peeled...you appear to have easily 20lbs to lose. I would drop some carbs and hammer the cardio. After this show reevaluate your approach

Guy is already eating at least 400 if not 500 grams of protein, plenty to spare muscle. He certainly doesnt need to up his dose of anything.

I lost around 40-45 lb in about 5.5 weeks a few years ago when I was behind. I cut carbs to basically asparagus and broccoli for 5 days on then carbed up @ 100 grams for 2 days while doing 2 1 hr cardio sessions daily.

Your cycle aside, you need to not watch the scale and drop weight whether you weigh 208 or 218 if you really want to step onstage. Look I've been in your spot and it is disheartening to see the scale drop when you dont realize your starting point was bullshit weight. If you plan on doing this show dont step on the scale until the weekend before bust your ass, and damn it to hell you certainly dont need any cheats @ your current BF.

Thank you to tri-terror, phatkid77, ironmanrep, beastmode121, bigoso and red5150 for the positive feed back. I don't know why some guys say negative things with out helping out at all. I'm obviously asking for some help with what I'm doing

So this picture is from this morning. I took the advice of doubling the cardio. Also cut back on the carbs and added in some more protein and fats

So I changed the cycle around since it seemed to give people a butt rash

Cycle
1.5cc Rip Mix(50mg Test Prop, Tren Ace, Mast Prop) ED
.5cc Tren Ace ED
400mg Primo a week
100mg Winstol ED
80mg Anavar ED
20mg Halotestine ED
20mg Superdrol ED
50mcg T3 ED
80mcg Clen ED
.5mg Armidex ED changed to some new stuff Monday
 
Wow good job, very good results in a short period of time, you look MUCH tighter.
Keep that up the duration and you might be pretty damn peeled.
