hey guys my gf wants to lose size/ body fat on her legs or i should say tune them up.... she does diet clean and she also does her cardio.... she does work them out cuzz shes afraid she will put more size on them.... i need some advice on wat she should do... should she lift with them and do high reps? if so wat reps? anyone help? thanx
