Since Xmas I really have lost my appetite. It may be due to currently running dbol and drol, however I am really struggling to face food and gag at the thought of it.
I have a few different proteins and am considering using shakes over meals ( 60g carbs and 45g protein )
What's your opinions on using say 4 shakes a day and having 3 solid meals per day?
And do any of you or have you introduced more shakes than meals when struggling to eat food?
