Loss of appetite - Use more shakes than meals?

Since Xmas I really have lost my appetite. It may be due to currently running dbol and drol, however I am really struggling to face food and gag at the thought of it.

I have a few different proteins and am considering using shakes over meals ( 60g carbs and 45g protein )

What's your opinions on using say 4 shakes a day and having 3 solid meals per day?

And do any of you or have you introduced more shakes than meals when struggling to eat food?

Your loss of appetite could be due to a stressed liver from the orals...I would get that checked first as liver issues are only going to cause more problems then just a loss of appetite...If that's the issue, I would suggest adding some Synthergine to your regime.....

You may want to look into adding some Synthelamin - Appetite Stimulator...That would give you an increase as well as an extra boost of energy.....
 
ya ive been struggling as well. Maybe make a shake with natural pb skim milk oatmeal whey fruits greek yogurt... I just recently started counting calories again. Also ghrp6
Ya I need to check my bloods how long after pct should I get checked I was thinking 6 weeks after pct?

It's only my 3rd week on them so I dont think it's down to liver issues. However I have an appointment with a dermatologist about acne so they will do blood tests.
I will look into those products though.

IMO, shakes are no replacement for solid food...They are good to incorporate into your daily layout but not to replace it.....
 
b12 helps with appetite but getting your liver checked is a good idea.
if you are on two orals, you might need to come off them, see if that helps.
Some people have complained about orals and appetite loss.
 
One thing that i've experiment throughout the years is that every time i give my all in working out i get insanely hungry.

For example, if i increase frequency.

Another extreme example is when i do high volume (i.e. 25 sets per body part and 40-50 rep range). I usually do this for 2-3 weeks to shock the body and every time i do this i get insanely hungry and crave sugar.

This is partly because the body needs sugar. Thats why i crave sugar like crazy.

Reduced appetite COULD be from liver stress. Get on Synthergine ASAP. Also B12 will increase appetite and Synthetek makes the best so you might as well grab both.
 
It could be from orals or from over eating during the holidays -- your insulin levels could be all out of whack
 
Take 100mcg ghrp6 before meals and you'll gorge like a fat chick on donuts!

30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week either right before bed or fasted upon waking.
Probiotics and digestive enzymes will also help. Shakes are no replacement for food. Lean meat will always pack muscle on me faster. I don't shake unless I wake up starving in the middle of the night. And that's usually just a scoop of whey isolate just to knock the hunger pangs out
 
Personally, shakes wreck my appetite. They are definitely easier, but I find if I make myself eat whole foods I get hungrier faster.
