I don't think it's possible not to, her head was opened up and she is a female in public, I was under the impression that charges are usually pressed for her by DA. Maybe that's just where I am from

Yea just went to the gym. She was there. Doing fine. Restraining order against him. Said there is court date to appear for both of them. She said he hadn't been served the papers yet. Not sure if she meant restraining order hadn't been served or the notice to appear hadn't been served.

Guys at my gym r kinda pissed and don't want him back in there. Guess the 3 month suspension may be permanent.

Sometimes the DA will pick up a case even if the person does not press charges.

He just texted me from the back of a cruiser. Don't know how he still has his cell phone. Sent a pic of him in cuffs. Says he'll have to spend the night in the regional jail till the magistrate comes in at 8 tomorrow.

Sometimes the DA will pick up a case even if the person does not press charges.

Not sometimes, all the time now days. She will get a summons to court and have to show. If she doesn't go will be charged for failing to appear. They take this stuff very serious. With injuries like that he better start worrying.
I was locked up for 3d DUI with a guy who hit his wife with a pot and split her head open. He got 20 plus chance of parol in ten.

No word from him since Saturday night when he was being arrested. Guess he has'nt made bail yet. Bet he's having regrets right about now.
