Hi everyone! Man it has been so long since I have been on here...

Well I have been crazy busy trying to do some cool stuff for the industry.

So after a year I have finished my food bars - these things are awesome and I hope you'll give them a shot!!! We have apple pie and chocolate coconut to start....

I have also been working on a phone app to deliver weekly training for $1 a day. These are programs that I am building for the app, so those of you who have done my programs know how detailed they are.

Also, just got back from Scotland where I wore a kilt for the first time - that was cool!!!!

These are bars are insane. It took us about a year to get an apple flavor that was awesome. That is the hard flavor to nail. Once you get that the other ones are pretty easy. Remember these are real food so keep in fridge when you are not eating.

I have a girl who makes bars and sells them to retailers and they are really good.
One in peanut butter.
The other is marshmallow chocolate smores. It tastes amazing and is the most popular. Needs to be refrigerated too.
