Love Handles don't Belong!!!!

Oh Difinately!!!

All these make my handles and back fat more pronounced:

Sodium

Now there is something with my Clomid/Proviron tabs when i take 1 at night I wake up tighter and less water in the mid-section.
 
Fat around my Stomach has never truelly went away for me either. It's mainly my lower stomach and love handles. I was be below 10% with striations and veins thruout my shoulders, chest, legs... and my top two abs are visable. But the damn lower stomach.. you can grab a bunch of fat! WTF?!? Makes me want to give up Bodybuilding and go back to powerlifting.

Dude - I feel for you! Right now I'm still fat around the middle even though most other parts look lean. I actually feel like I'm risking a Lat Tear everytime I wipe my ass!
 
To the OP:
Do a little research on Fish Oil/Omega 3 & DHEA's affects on insulin sensitivity as well as leptin sensitivity.
Also look into Biotin (3000mcg, tid) for peripheral glucose uptake.
While nothing will replace diet & exercise - these three things might shift the balance in your favor.
