I have had several knee surgeries to repair my patellar tendons. I wanted to get back to dieting and lose some body fat. Is there a certain % of BF I should try and stay above in order to keep my tendons healthy? I have heard of guys tearing muscles with low BF but wasn't sure if it applied to tendons. I won't be doing heavy leg work at all for the next 6 months or so but will be riding the bike a lot and light lunges and stuff like that.
