guys, i just started to consume more protein- up to 500 g a day and all i can say is im feeling pretty full @ 3k cals a day in the offseason which is really odd b/c usually im eating 3500-4k still feelin hungry in the offseason, . most of my meals are chicken or shakes and the fat content is around 60-70g fat, the carbs are around 200g a day...is feeling full with the protein normal or is my body just adapting to the new offseason after dieting for a while from post show hunger being fulfilled? also if im pretty low on carbs and cals should i kick one day for high carb and lower the protein, like every sunday, just to get some carbs in for fullness, what do you guys think and how many of you felt like this or even feel like this now...really weird for me
