Test alone gave me HDL in the 60s. Added Primo to Test and it dropped to 28. Went back to Test alone and HDL rose back to normal range...60s. I have not tried any other AAS so I can't help with my experiences in that arena.

The way I did it was to do blood work at different doses. Watch estrogen anf lipid profile. For me, I hit a level where all my values were optimal for me. Mind you, I was just looking for a TRT+ level of total dosage. We are talking somewhere around a 1:1 and a 2:1 ratio of Test: Primo. Total dose is 200-300 mg between the two. How you look will depend on your genetics, how much real muscle you retain on the low end and how you train. Put it this way, You are not going to look like Jay. You're going to look like a really good, healthy, smaller, functional version of yourself compared to yourself on higher dosages. If that's not your goal then do something else.

Primo Hut my HDL as well. Test/deca do nothing to my HDL even into 1.2 to 1.5 grams combined. Mast and primo both hit it. 600mg of primo hit mine only slightly less than 500mg tren and 50mg ED of winny combined.

folks on gear w/ lipid issues should be taking low-dose Monocolin-K (10 mg) (natural Lovastatin) from red Yeast Rice, but you need to source it properly from overseas where its legal.

Clearly we all want to see a high HDL number on our lips panels. Personally though, the more I read up, you also need to factor the ratio of HDL to LDL as well. If you have a 40 HDL, but a LDL in the 70s, I wouldn’t be panicking personally.
