Low dose Test E and E2

What would happen if someone took 200mg/week TEST E like on HRT, Would they still need an AI?

bloodwork. it depends on the bloodwork. the guessing game doesnt work if u actually care.

Most wouldn't need an AI with that dose, but like Brutus said blood work is where its at.

Most won't if you are aiming for just trt I like to find that sweet spot where test is high enough and no ai needed. Some need an ai for as low as a 150 mgs a week dose while mind stay in an upper normal range on up to 275/week

Just do 2 injections a week then forget about E2.

All depends on the individual. Running test around 150mg/wk, I used a very small dose of exemestane daily because I needed it. But my body seems particularly prone to estro-related sides, and sensitive to aromatization.

I never thought it could be true but, I've always used Test E or C. Anything about 175 mg per week I would use exemestane, usually EOD.

Right now I'm using prop at 350 per week with no estro sides at all so no AI.

Get blood work done. You should care what your e2 levels are, doesn't matter if you're doing 100mgs or a gram of test. Endo has me on 150mgs every week and my e2 was in the 90's, so I have to take .5mgs of arimidex, 3 days a week to keep my e2 in check.

200mg for hrt is a lot! I aromitize on 100mg, estro sensitive

Based on my experience. I would rather be in the 800 levels than 1200 and take no AIs
