Low dose Tren for nutrition partitioning?

Exactly, im hitting anything from 15-25k steps daily just through cardio + walking my dog (also full time online coach, sitting in front of the screen)
Damn that's alot of steps. Do you feel there is a law of diminishing returns at some point? For example going from 20 to 25k (5k increase) isn't as impactful as going from 5k to 10k (5k increase). I feel like i heard a podcast on hunter gatherers...aka unlike America a society that actually moves...and their actual enegy expenditure was lower than expected due to step count. They called it the constrained enegy model or something. Im personally skeptical myself if there is a law of diminishing returns..but on the other hand there is with most other things.

For example today I did 37 minutes on the bike, took a 2 mile (38 min) walk during the day (~4,000 steps), trained (home gym so not much walking) and I’m still shy of 6,000 steps. I’ll probably finish at 7,000 or so. I basically shoot for 7k per day but would take a lot of extra time and effort to get to 12k+, which is of course necessary at times but it also is challenging to get in for me.

If you know your sedentary all day then dont wast your time at the gym and walk in between the sets - no it won't tak anything from your training.
 
If you want to "look" tighter in the offseason by manipulating drugs, no need to add tren. Cut your deca dose in half and add equipoise.

Too much deca makes the face puffy.

I hit ~17k daily with
- Fasted walk with dog right after wake up
- ~50 minutes of road from home to office using public transport. Same with way back. ~5000 steps total
- Two short ~5-10 minutes walks right after meals in park near office
- Walk with dog before bed

There was a study a few years ago about the bushmen in South Africa, and it found that their metabolism had adapted to their harsh environment- they basically needed only 800-1000 calories daily to survive. We know the body and our metabolism will adapt to exercise and energy expenditure to some degree. I assume this is how some people screw themselves up and back themselves into a metabolic corner after extended dieting where they gain fat even with minimal caloric intake- and only a reverse diet can help them raise that caloric intake rate..
 
I’ve been on 10-15mg of Tren for at least the last year or so, mostly with TRT. Bloodwork is perfect and I have no negatives. Honestly, I kind of use Tren as a “nootropic” in that even a little amount helps me be much more logical, calculated, stoic, and productive. And a great boost in libido compared to TRT alone. I haven’t not been lean in years now, tren or no tren, so not sure how much it helps, but I don’t think it will be a magic bullet. But for me a micro dose of tren is “safe” and doesn’t cause me any issues

Well sir, you convinced me! Kidding aside I've been toying with this for some time. I haven't taken tren in about 7 years now and did like you...stayed on between 5-15mgs for very long periods of time. I loved it. They do say the poison is all in the dose.

Devil advocate here. Been doing 10mg day tren on top of all the other suggestions here along with less meals (4) same calories. It helps but no miracles. More than that I do get the negatives of tren. But blood glucose is lower. Insulin sensitivity is better.
You are doing that for couple a years also right? And blood work and kidney markers all good?

funny I was literally just going to type I loved my look an went a very long time on literally 100 test and 100 tren. Not saying that is smart but it's also a very low overall drug load.

same thing! I went a whole year on that. I really looked great. I'm not sure I built a lot of new tissue (I was at my peak before I did that) but man for an entire year I held really good on 200 total mgs of drug burden and no hgh at the time.

Standing desk with a underdesk tread mill helps with seditary days. I got the job to buy both due to "back issues" and prevention of posture related injuries.
 
Tried this yesterday and I think I will keep doing it. Got an extra 3000 steps out of it. Good for a lazy man like me :ROFLMAO:

I think 100mg of tren would undoubtedly help, but if you are on 1g you really shouldn’t have an issue staying lean if your diet is in check. What does being “sensitive to carbs” mean? Also imo being 5% leaner isn’t the shopping addiction and breathing like a pug all the time.

Yep I’m doing 140 test 100 parabolan and I look and feel great. Probably for the last 6 months or so. I’m not sure if I’ll blast again at this point all things considered, this may be my end game TRT. But I’ve said that before lol

Tbh i find low dose tren to be useful in the way masteron or primo is for some - helps SHBG in a way that has a noticeable synergistic effect with test for me. 10mg tren ace I find to be good for bulks, but even 15mg ace a day is pushing it and better for cuts.

I find SHBG /bound test to be pretty important to monitor, maybe not quite as much as E2. I always feel very poorly with high SHBG, maybe its placebo

Also, tren's not-fully-understood synergy with increasing IGF1 effects intracellularly could be important.

Proviron does help, but not the same. Test and gH do the growing, tren just keeps syngergises with them a bit.
