i did not see exactly but it was called testoviron or sth like that.
he said he starts it slowly and increases frequency if blood levels are not ok after 3 injections
That's ridiculous. That 250 will peak within a few days and then leave you at below normal for weeks before your next injection. If he's not willing to change that regimen then find a new doctor. It's not just about the dose, it's the very infrequent dosing schedule, so his remark to start low and adjust makes no sense here.
guys im feeling horrible.
headaches, nausea, muscle pain not only in injection spot and feeling weak as fuck, even moving around is hard.
am i allergic to the testoviron?
i do not feel very well at all, took a day off from work and noway in hell i can train like that
WHAT TO DO??
Find a doctor that knows what he is doing.....

i guess this reaction has nothing to do with the doctor. but i will try to see another..
am i allgeric to any substance in the vial?
do you got something similar?
Testoviron is just the brand name for testosterone enanthate btw. If you were allergic to it, you'd know right away with symptoms like hives, swelling of the lips or eyes, or having a difficult time breathing. This is the first time you've been on testosterone, right? Likely the headache is from increased blood pressure, and you're bound to have pain in the muscle that was injected from the body reacting to the benzyl alcohol in the product. Nausea is usually a rarer side, but it should go away. You might actually be feeling a lot more hungry, and the stomach pains from being that hungry can feel like nausea. Weakness, not sure, but keep an eye on your sides. Some get a "test flu" from the body reacting to the shots--you've injected something into your body so it gets treated like any foreign invader to the body. I sometimes feel a little sick now and then after having a shot, even after being on for 18 years.
ok, this means its kind of normal to sometimes feel like upper shit?
today its a bit better, still some stomach issues (nausea, cramping mix) and muscle pain all over the body..
yes, its the first time.
i can rule out Blood pressure increase since i monitor it closely (due to medications). it didnt increase
also, my face is slightly swollen (water)
i hope the injection didnt mess with my kidneys?!
can anyone tell me if it is normal?
No it wouldn't have messed up your kidneys
hey guys,
short update:
i will have my next appointment in a specialists clinic for hearts on friday next week. I will get a host of tests, they told me to prepare for 2-3 hours of tests .
I feel briliant right now. My cardio is top notch and i dont get as much out of breath as some months ago doing it.
i have reduced my trainign days (5 days now) and doing 3 HIIT sessions a week and 3 LISS sessions a week.
im on a caloric deficit since 6 weeks. Eating pretty balanced but not very much. Also, i am only eating from 6:00-8:30 pm. (i love it)
i have been taking ubiquinol (200), COQ10(300-450), arjuna (1tab), curcumin , boswellia and krill/fish oil consistently for the last 12 weeks, before that i sometimes forgot one or the other. Also taking citrullin (8g a day) and ribose.
bp is good and resting heart rate is also good (58-62), bp is around 128/71+-some points depending on taking seated/lying..
another factor is that my long-time relationship left me. During the break-up, i had much heart pain but i think that this does not lead to worse values.
Well, we will see. I keep you informed
Why are you taking both Ubiquinol and CoQ10 rather than just more Ubiquinol?
probably to safe some bucks since ive read for guys below 30 coq10 is sufficient.
or do you think this is wrong?
When I was 25 (last year) I did extensive blood work with CoQ10 and Ubiquinol and using the same dose with both (500mg) my total CoQ10 levels were 3 times as high with Ubiquinol than they were with CoQ10, so I would just recommend Ubiquinol
i am able to get bulkpowder coq10 for cheap. ubiquinol costs me 50€ for 60x200mg here in europe. 100g pure coq10 costs me around 30.
So if i can just megadose coq10 to achieve the same benefits i would do it
but if you tell me ubiquinol has more unique benefits than i would ofc increase dosage..
