Low estradiol

Has anyone ever had low estradiol while on trt?

If so, what were your symptoms?

Also, what would be the cause?

I thinking experiencing low estradiol. Next blood draw isn't for 5 weeks. When I first started trt, I had lots of acne. Now I have none at all. I was sleeping good, feeling rested. Now I feel like a bag of shit ever morning. I'm only prescribed 80mg/week(but I'm taking 100mg/week)

Any suggestions?

I live in Canada. We don't have private labs. Government controls that stuff. I'll have to wait till I go back to the anti-aging clinic and request it.

Currently no AI.
other symptoms... Low back been really stiff, lots of pops and cracks in the joints when I get out of bed. Knees are pretty sore from light cardio. Libido is pretty tanked. Elections seem ok but could careless. Memory is horrible lately.

been waiting a year for this. i hope you quit posting now raw, your legacy has come and gone in the lab pricing department. this should teach you to try and help people on hormone replacement therapy or will it? perhaps you will give up here and maybe start posting in the lost and found treadmill section:

It sounds like low E2, the joint cracking. Again, we won't know without labs but do you have Dbol laying around ? Take something that would boost your E2 to see if you feel better, if you do, that means yea, your E2 is low... 40mgs of dbol for 2 days... or a shot of 50mg of Test... can you force your doctor to take a lab now just for E2 ? Tell him you feel like shit, and can't function, and don't wanna wait 5 more weeks

...always besting me. and i had such high hopes. that particular test i linked is LabCorp and it did catch my letrozole induced low estradiol of 9 a couple of years back. lef.org also has the more sensitive estradiol test you mentioned. but on sale at a higher price of $75.

On 100 MGs a week I doubt ( don't guarntee) but seriously doubt your e2 is low without an ai. I'm guessing here but possibly high e2. Anyway my real opinion here is same as the rest go get tested.if you guess the wrong way and treat based on a wrong guess it's just going to make things worse

On 100mg/week. My E2 was usually teens. Started doing sub-q every other day and it has risen a little.

I'm going to talk to the doc about adding hcg if my E2 is low. I'm assuming that will bring up my e2 a little.

Everybody is different!!! Just someone under you said they havs low e2 on 100mg

You can dry your joints out or at least I'm convinced that was what occurred when I started with an anti-estrogen agent. Of course mine was high when first tested, like 86 on a scale of 1-53 being normal. The first blood work I had after the anti estrogen was -17. My shoulders hurt like hell and then my elbow got so bad I could not do curls. Went and had injections both shoulders but nothing worked until I got my estrogen level figured out. I've since figured out how to keep in the 20's and 30's. I take at minimum of 200mg of test each week.
