Get your estrogen back in line to where it should be. If you're taking an AI, drop it for a bit and then get blood work again. Also, I would make sure you're properly hydrated and getting enough micronutrients and electrolytes.

did you just take AI's after having high estrogen?

i have no bloat with high estrogen, but if i had high estrogen and take ai's to drop it quick, body takes time to adjust

none the less you don't want your estrogen low so you should adjust your AI's accordingly

Estrogen has nothing to do with you peeing very little dude or your low energy, or even your dry lips.

Seems like dehydration to me or lots of stimulant. What else are you taking bro?
Are you on any drugs and I'm not talking steroids.
What's your cycle like?
Your diet?
Your water intake?
Medical problems?
Surgeries in the past?
Have this happened before?
