Low T, normal FSH/LH help

I've done a handful of cycles (started in my 30's), plenty of rest between cycles, mostly just test and one low tren high test cycle about 3 yrs ago. Last cycle ended early last year (500 test-e w/ low dose winnie). PCT with Nolva, exemestane, and HCG every time. I've always had total test on the low end of the "normal" spectrum but normal free test and libido was pretty normal.

Middle of last yr, I did a short 8wk SARM cycle of Ostarine and Cardanine. Skin sides were horrible so I'm never doing SARMs again. Did a shortened 4wk PCT with nolva and exemestane.

Since then, I've been feeling like shit, no libido, and no energy. Strength is down a little (as expected), but still acceptable imo. Weight has been relatively stable and I've been keeping a decent diet with high protein intake. Overall, no outward physical issues (no excessive fat gain/loss, no noticeable muscle loss, etc.)

Current levels:
Total test: 150 ng/dL (normal should be 250-1100)
Estradiol: <15 pg/mL (<= 39)
FSH: 6.8 mIU/mL (1.6-8.0)
LH: 6.2 mIU/mL (1.5-9.3)
Lipids, liver values, thyroid, all very normal levels

Any idea on how to unfck my test levels? Run another cycle of PCT? Run another 12w test-only cycle and complete PCT?

I didn't see hCG in your SARMs cycle. When the testes don't receive a LH/FSH/hCG signal consistently they basically go to "sleep". For many men, me included, natural LH/FSH weren't enough to "wake" them up from the chemically induced coma. I always had to do a run with hCG later to finish getting them back on line. I'd try 250-500iu E3D and redo blood work for a better look into their function. If you don't get a solid response your testes might be losing function. Here's a picture to show the delayed response in testosterone levels after LH/FSH levels returned to normal due to unresponsive testes.
