Low test/moderate mast. Anti E?

Getting ready to diet down. 250-400mg Test E, 600mg Mast E. Typically with Test only cycle 500 mg I use Adex at .25mg ed with 10mg/day Nolva (gyno flares if I dont). Looking for advice on dosing adex. Would roughly the same amount of adex work in this cycle or should I go significantly less?

if you have gyno issues then I'd keep the Adex in there jst for safety.

No one can give you a clear cut answer on this because everyone reacts differently. All you can do is monitor your estro and have the proper AI's/Serms on hand.

You will only know how to dose your adex. Not everyone is prone to gyno. So experiment with the dose. I usually use aromasin twice a week or 3 times a week. sometimes I don't use it at all. Test doesn't give me gyno..

That's true, I only don't use an AI when I run out. blood work is your best bet to know where you at and what's working for you OP.

Thanks. Still think for me it's best to do both. Nolvadex is selective to breast tissue and I've noticed a substantial difference since I added it during cycle.

I never used Mast E to be honest so I'm not sure how good Mast acts like an AI.. I'm not sure the mechanism of action either. Maybe it just doesn't aromatize due to its DHT derivative.
