have it checked out with xrays ct scans mri back pain can be like a migraine you have the pain but they cant find the cause of it. I have been battling back pain for years. the mri ct scans xrays show nothing with spine or nerves. the doctors say my back looks great for 50 years old. but that doesn't help my pain. I had pain injections in my spine last November and felt great so I had a nerve ending singed off and it got worse then ever. im looking into ARP WAIVE THERAPY its supposed to be great for muscle tendon issues. mine must be muscle issue but its 1500 for 10 sessions. some places take insurance and some don't. of course the one close to me doesn't. look into it bro
