Couple weeks ago I was doing bent over rows with my average weight.... I felt this sharp pain when doing my last set.
My lower back lower then belly/higher then hip area was a very sharp pain. I couldnt bend foward but I could squat down.
Im recovering but has anyone had this happen? How can I reinforce the muscles to make them stronger in the future?? Thanks
