I also have a reverse hyper and a glute/ham bench. They have been instrumental in keeping my back healthy. For 27yrs I competed in powerlifting and now I compete in strongman. I train my abs with weights because the lines aren't important to me(they are to my wife, lol). The stronger the better. I haven't suffered a low back injury in many years.
