Im the same as you, have to fiiight to get a smith machine or barbell for these. I also have done lots of lunging/step up variations to hit flutes. As well as reverse hypers but really flexing my glutes as the primary muscle there. Long paused repswhat exercises have you found the best for this? my gym is always super packed so its hard to get on anything especially a squat rack or smith machine to do the half body hanging off hip thrusts with bar against groin. these work the best for me though! i just avoid them because i hate waiting . adductors too the liftrunbang gun on Instagram is the most informative trainer/coach exercise and kinesiology wise on IG and he said these are primarily for glutes actually
