1.How do you know if your lower body is too small for your upper body?
2.whats considered ok or acceptable in bodybuilding when comparing calve inches to arm inches?
3. Leg inches to upper body muscles?
I am 5'9 278 lbs with 16%-18% i think, abs are still visible (at least 4 of them lol). My arms are 20.5 in and my calves are 18 in. my legs are 27 in ( dont really know where to measure from, standing up and biggest part i guess) chest 56 in, shoulders are 60 in pretty wide . i know my legs need work but i need to know whats a good size to have when worrying about proportion to upperbody. dont criticize me too hard lol and lets keep in my i had a Quadriceps tendon tear 10 months ago, this athrophied my legs alot!!..
