Lower Fat Chocolate Butterscotch Cheesecake (a cheat perhaps ?)
it will hit the spot at only a fraction of the calories and carbs.
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese *
8 oz Cream Cheese *
1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt *
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder *
1/2 cup Sugar Substitute For Baking *
1/4 serving Butterscotch Baking Chips *
2 tbsp Soy Flour *
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions: Blend all above ingredients (less chips) in a blender.
Spray pie pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into pie pan.
Add chips and carefully swirl through cheesecake.
Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. Top will crack.
Bake until the middle only wiggles.
Top with sugarfree chocolate syrup, nonfat whipping cream, you name it.
