Lowest Deca dose for joints(Vets, Older Bros)

Bros, I hate deca(acne, depression) but now mid 40's & joints hurt. Whats the lowest effective dose of deca for joints? I'm thinking 50mg/wk or less added to TRT
 
I tested it and 50mg is not enough to feel the real effect - 100-150mg a week really gives noticeable benefits but anything less will be too ineffective - I am writing from experience
 
This is all anecdotal but from what I've seen no one or almost no one gets significant help from under 70 (some report this works for them but I always wonder who they are and if they've ever run 200mg just to identify it). A good number see joint help at 100. Vast majority sees it at 150. Everyone that is going to get joint benefits gets it at 200mg. Some people insist that they never get joint benefits from deca at any dose... sucks for them.

This is what I've seen.

Personally I don't much run it under 200mg and it's all there. 100mg works but I don't think it works as well for me.
 
I have used 50-100 mg/week with no results. And by the 100mg mark i was not feeling as good so my study ended at that point.

Luki, all due respect. I’m looking for the old men who run actual trt(150-250t)opinions. Not the still blasting mass monsters like Yourself. Example last time 100deca/250t was too much deca

with all due respect man but it doesn't matter if you do blast 5g or 200mg trt and anyway 50mg of deca per week will be too little to bring real positive effects for joints but you can try and see maybe it will be enough for you but I am more than sure that for 9/10 people it will be too little to bring anything - remember that it is a decaonate ester so in 50mg you only have about 30-35mg of active substance

You seem to have already decided the answer. 50mg it is!! Anything else is too much Deca for you according to your past experience regardless of what people say the effective dose is for joints.
 
I use 200 npp a week for that purpose. I do not think that you will experience depression if you run enough test with it.
So something like 2 to 3 test to 1 nandrolone. I have not had any real acne since adolescents so I can not comment there.

You NEED more still getting under heavy weight/crazy workouts, I just need to get to the gym 4-5x/wk & walk My Pup/work painfree

man but I wrote - try it maybe it will help you but in 90% of cases this dose will be too small to feel anything but you won't know if you don't try - that's all

Luki's answer is dead on for exactly those people as well as anyone else. My answer matches his and mine is comprehensive of a shit ton of HRT and HRT+ guys experimenting with deca for this reason as well as guys blasting who don't care for deca but want the joint benefits (so minimize dose). Been on boards since the late 90s and seen this experiment a shit ton of times from all types. What I posted is basically where the averages come out.

200mg works for all unless you don't get the benefit (or are expecting to fly from deca). If there are joint specific benefits to running more we are at the point of strong diminishing returns after this. I've run deca a ton and can't say 400/600/or more gave me more joint benefit than 200mg. Also, from memory Luki has said even on mom deca blasts he usually keeps 200mg of deca in for joints so there's a pattern here on exactly the issue you are looking at.

150 is high probability but not as certain

100 often works but is it full or partial benefit? For you to answer that question for your own body, you'd need to run both and compare. Dose works for me but I don't think it's as good as 200mg. Been a while, I could be wrong about myself too.

Below 100mg is much lower probability. Maybe 70ish can work or work partially. I'd assume it's a dose dependent effect like sides or gains or anything else. Some will say it's great. Maybe they are an outlier with good response or maybe they've never run more and gotten the full effect. Lots of outright fails below 100mg and only a few have said they got anything out of 50mg.

As with all things you will have to run and see.
 
Answers already been giving in this topic… speaking from my own experience I always have 150-200mg for joint benefits. Doesn’t matter if I’m blasting or cruising, it’s always there. Last year I took it out when I ran test primo and mast and it didn’t last long before I added it again 😅.
 
I was running a long cycle with deca at 500 week and npp 600 week (sust for test). Over the last 5 weeks now, I’ve lowered the deca to around 150 a week and npp down to around 150 a week and still getting nice joint support, specially in my legs/knees where I’m aiming for it. I know I could still have some of that high doses nandrolone built up in bloods lingering around, but I feel like once you’ve done a decent cycle or blast amount with deca, it’s built up in your system stronger. Once lowering the dose are able to benefit better as it’s built up in your bloodstream stronger over a longer time etc. I will say I notice the benefits of nandrolone better today than I did when I would blast it in my 20’s.
Will add that I’ll probably continue to run 150 a week of deca for as long as I can for joint benefits, specially in legs.
 
I was a scripted 100 mg/week for joint pain. Helped to a degree, as joints felt a little smoother, but was not a silver bullet.
 
Why not use MENT if you don’t like Nandrolone? I don’t like nandrolone personally. I don’t like its weak androgenic nature and estrogen sensitizing effects.
How effective did u find it for joint issues compared to deca?

I've been reluctant to try deca in the past for similar reasons
 
I run 70mg EW of deca.. I definitely feel a major difference. I just feel better on it.. I get the opposite of deca dick. I really just love deca.. I don’t run it higher bc of the estrogen/gyno. I flare up bad and caber doesn’t seem to help.
