Everyone is different, but for me, it's 200mg NPP/per week. My shoulders and elbows feel much better, but as others have said this isn't a cure. It's a bandaid, at best.
I'm on the wrong side of 55 closer to 60. I get 200mg test week from the docBros, I hate deca(acne, depression) but now mid 40's & joints hurt. Whats the lowest effective dose of deca for joints? I'm thinking 50mg/wk or less added to TRT
Thank You for that contribution Sir!!Nandrolone decanoate relieves joint pain in hypogonadal men: a novel prospective pilot study and review of the literature - PMC
Testosterone is an archetypal androgenic-anabolic steroid (AAS), while its exogenous administration is considered to be the gold standard for the treatment of male hypogonadism. The benefits are not due to its intrinsic nature alone but are due to ...pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Intervention
Eligible participants initiated intramuscular ND dosed at one-half of their current testosterone cypionate regimen (e.g., a participant using 200 mg testosterone cypionate weekly would continue that dose in addition to beginning 100 mg ND weekly). All other medications, including testosterone dosage, were kept constant throughout the trial period. The dose of ND was also kept constant until all data was collected.
Results
Forty-eight eligible patients completed the initial survey, and 18 men (37.5%) responded to follow-up requests. The median duration of therapy was 62 [interquartile range (IQR), 48–73] days, and the median dose of ND was 110 (IQR, 100–150) mg. Participants’ mean age was 46 [standard deviation (SD), 11] years old with a racial makeup consisting of 15 Caucasian, 2 Hispanic, and 1 African American.
Of the 18 men who responded to their follow-up request, 13 (72.2%) reported marked improvements in joint pain, with 5 (27.8%) reporting a decreased need for longstanding pain medication. Amongst responding patients, pain scores were reduced on average by 52%. Even when accounting for treatment non-responders, the collective improvement in pain scores observed across each of the 4 sub-categories of the RAPS was both statistically significant and profound (Figure 2). No adverse events were noted.

Absolutely! Figured it fit your situation pretty well!Thank You for that contribution Sir!!
100mgs kicked in. It’s soooo much better than 50 or 75mg for me.
I forgot my knee braces and didn’t die at work.
Yea I recently did the same. Big difference. I feel so much better. Also added an amp of alflutop EOD and man my joints feel great. I have a lingering knee injury that’s coming along nicely100mgs kicked in. It’s soooo much better than 50 or 75mg for me.

Quick question to those who found joint pain relief from Deca- how long after you started did you feel relief?
And does NPP offer a similar benefit?
Thank you! Having never tried Deca, it’s definitely a thought- I’ve got shoulder joint pain that might benefit from this, but of course I want to avoid sides as much as possible- but considering the long ester. So, still under consideration…From the large majority that it does work for (using it since the 90s and helped heal up a shit load of stuff), about 2 weeks to notice I think. If I'm using it for a real purpose I'll frontload a week though (so say 400mg wk 1 and then 200mg wk 2 and on).
Not sure on NPP as I don't use the short Ester. From experiences I've read some say it works for them but a lot of people find deca is better and works even if NPP doesn't on them. Odd, but I just use deca. Might need higher relative dose of NPP vs deca as effect is dose dependent. No idea but the answers for NPP are a shotgun pattern.
