Lowest Deca dose for joints(Vets, Older Bros)

I tried 100mg Deca a week for a few months, with real TRT.

I did not get anything from it as far as joint relief.

I think it likely has potential, but I also think that it truly depends on what physical issue you have with your joints.
Are you getting hyaline injections?

For those of you that are running low dose Deca year round for joint relief, are you needing to run additional ancillaries to combat sides at that low of a dose?

I 80% cases you don’t see any negative example prolactin and overall hormones fluctuations with 100mg

I am contributing by stating a fact . Don’t get a heart attack getting angry old man
You are not stating a fact. Did you see the studies that were posted here saying it does? Where are your studies showing it doesn't?

“Forty-eight eligible patients completed the initial survey, and 18 men (37.5%) responded to follow-up requests. The median duration of therapy was 62 [interquartile range (IQR), 48–73] days, and the median dose of ND was 110 (IQR, 100–150) mg. Participants’ mean age was 46 [standard deviation (SD), 11] years old with a racial makeup consisting of 15 Caucasian, 2 Hispanic, and 1 African American.

Of the 18 men who responded to their follow-up request, 13 (72.2%) reported marked improvements in joint pain, with 5 (27.8%) reporting a decreased need for longstanding pain medication. Amongst responding patients, pain scores were reduced on average by 52%. Even when accounting for treatment non-responders, the collective improvement in pain scores observed across each of the 4 sub-categories of the RAPS was both statistically significant and profound (Figure 2). No adverse events were noted.”

That doesn’t mean less doesn’t work. It just means this was the average dose among the participants.
Maybe I can get my Orthopedic to prescribe. Doubtful as our current protocol is working but will ask just for a shits and grins.

For decades never cared to use Nandrolone because of the standard stated sides. Being 55 now, last year decided to throw it in the mix for joint pain, specifically knees. Doesn't matter if it's Deca or NPP, I get a benefit from it. 150mg per week does the job.

There are studies showing that nandrolone can help with joint pain.. I dont believe it heals . . But there studies showing a reduced inflammation etc.. I know way too many who have experienced it first hand and now there are studies.. so yes it can work for many.. and does work for some like many ither compounds out there. But again, it masks at best.. but the reason for the issue are still there

Agreed. If I take a break from Nandrolone my knee pain can flare up, like this past week. Started Deca again on Thursday in hopes that the pain will subside. Most likely it will, but understand Nandrolone is masking the underlying issue. I would really like to try stem cell therapy, but financially it's out of reach right now. Someday I hope I can see what stem cell will do for me, but for now, Deca or NPP gets me through.

I'm doing stem cells in a couple weeks for the left shoulder.. we will see 🤞

So the only theory that has merit on actually healing (and I subscribe to it) is that the anti inflammatory effect and joint smoothness promotes a environment conducive to general healing and less wear/year. I view it as both a potential aid in healing (it's why orthos prescribe anti inflammatories) as well as being protective.

Good luck brother, I'm sure you'll let us know that goes. I know I'll be curious to know. Where are you getting it done, in the states, Mexico, or somewhere else? If you don't mind me asking, who are you using?

I'm currently researching some of the newer peptides that trigger the body's natural production of stem cells as a much cheaper alternative to stem cell therapy. Definitely not the same thing nor the same effect, but if I can get something out of it that's better than nothing.

What type of stem cells? Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Hematopoietic Stem Cells, Tissue Specific Stem Cells?

Its well documented effect on collagen synthesis may also aid in actual healing in the long term. Assuming the constant tearing doesn't override this effect.

I wonder what the cost is in the US. I had a patient today tell me that her daughter went to Mexico for stem cells in her shoulders and it cost $10k
