Luki Offseason - blow up arms at 3" with SYNTHEROL(road do 320lbs)

Okay, so the cut is over, I'm starting to bounce up because I got to such a state that despite the refeed, the weight started to drop significantly overnight within 4 days I lost 8 pounds. I lost a lot of muscle mass from my best form but I will rebuild it quickly and I hope to add new muscles to the frame. You look really lean and massive. Do you plan to run lantus through your bulk?
 
Luki, why the high AI dosages? Are you going to lower those to help build some more mass? i feel like keeping your estrogen that bottomed out wont help your mass gaining phase.

I'm thinking of adding it in the leg days 3 weeks on 3 weeks off but still something to think about

Friend, at this dose of IA, my estrogen will be around 50;) of course, I do blood tests on a regular basis, so if it is too low, I will reduce the dose, but aromasin has very little effect on me. I always used letro most of the time. In addition, I am of a similar opinion as Palumbo - that if we have estrogen around 30 we do not need very high levels to grow, and they will only cause increased water retention, etc. will not do much when it comes to greater gains

about 50-60g, now I use much less protein, about 400g a day, for the last 2 years I have eaten 500-550g a day but from the perspective it did not give much benefit, except that I had digestive problems and a bloated stomach. Now I prefer to keep the proteins a little lower and give me more calories from carbs.
 
So we're starting the rebound phase. I'm changing the humalog protocol a bit

Have your ever utlised winstrol in a growth phase? If so your thoughts on it?

I seen you state that you believe anadrol should be dosed high (150+) becasue it does not bind to AR. Is injectable version more potent and why you went with 100mg?

I have never used winstrol in the growth phase - for me it is a drug that is usually suitable in the last weeks before the competition, it gives a completely different unique look, especially in high doses.

Each oral Inj. Version is stronger than its tablet version because nothing is damaged in the stomach. And 100mg because this is the initial dose, they will probably increase it.
