So, insulin protocols vary depending on the diet and stage I am in at the moment.
Usually when cutting I use novorpaid before and after training. An hour before training, I have a small meal of easily digestible carbohydrates and protein (most often rice flakes + fruit + isolate) 10-15 minutes after it gives insulin and go to training where I also have intra carbohydrates, a second dose of insulin immediately after training.
In the later phase of the diet, I usually cut off insulin after training and only pre-workout remains

Since January i played with 5-15iu HGH generic split in different ways and nothing really changed. Prewo, postwo, first thing am, before bed ..

Water retention is highly dependant from bf, the leaner you are the less water you hold (big news! lol), but you always hold a layer of water between the skin that, if you stop administration for 2 days already goes away maybe by a 30%.

I noticed that first thing am, before fasted cardio works great to burn fat.
Before bed is always where i noticed the highest benefit, and the higher the dose the better the recovery was.

True, the gh administration protocol doesn't really matter. It is true that smaller doses administered more often stimulate lipase better and administering a large dose, e.g. after training, causes a greater burst of igf, but at the end of the road, with long-term use, the effect will be the same.

As for lanthus, most bodybuilders don't use it even in the off-season, so they don't even use it during cutting. let's say 10% of those I know use lanthus successfully. The rest usually stays with the humalog

I take t3 / t4 all year round so I only regulate the dose based on blood work if needed, I try to keep t3 on the upper normal scale all the time. I usually add Clen only in the middle of preparation, first I try to do as much as possible with diet and cardio.

Can you explain why you use t3/t4 in offseason?
 
It's the diet and cardio that keeps him leaner year round not any magical drug....
 
I have translated more than once in my log. I use a minimum of 10iu gh all year round and my thyroid is not working as it should

When you first started out with GH where did you begin dose wise? Can you describe how you got to 10iu, how long it took? Thank you.

I think I started in 2016 from 5iu because the funds did not allow me to do more. After a few months, I went on to 10 and I don't remember going any lower since then. Of course, we are talking about generics, so it was not always good gh, it was also probably underdose

bros many many years ago....eat a lot of meat and sleep A lot, lift heavy=big muscles.

science comes along....all the neat studies on WHY poor sleep fucks up insulin sensitivity, cortisol responses, people that sleep less are fatter, bla bla.

science is nice, but anecdotal evidence should not be thrown out of the window because there wasn’t a controlled clinical trial. Ronnie Colman couldn’t spell HGH. But he knew HGH=more butter more betta= growth

If you read science in the right context, you create freaks.
Most of the internet/YouTube guys like... Coach Steve, Derek, Leo, are just WebMD parrots. (Not to mention that all these were recreational drugs addicts)

Yep, when the actual science uses subjects that are so qualitatively radically different from a high level IFBB prone, or even from a low level amateur 5'11 light heavyweight, it's fucking ridiculous to put so much stake in the results of these studies. When they start conducting studies with actual enhanced bodybuilders then I'll take the conclusions of the science seriously. Essentially none of these studies have external validity to the population of competitive bodybuilders, which is why the combined anecdotal evidence of lots of competitive bodybuilders is infinitely more useful.
