haha I've had so many friends send me this thing asking, "wait, what does this actually do?"
This shit is basically just a CO2 sensor that reads your RER.
Lots of CO2...you're burning carbs (previous day stuff, still processing a meal maybe)
Less CO2....burning fat (previous day, long nights sleep fast)
Based on that, it just tells you what it THINKS you should do in the present day.

So it has no idea what your goals are or what you're trying to do. To me, its basically a macro sensor that preferentially wants you to maintain. No idea if you're dieting or trying to grow.
You don't really need a machine to tell you what you ate yesterday. Lol so it makes little sense to me.
I ate a bowl of white rice before I went to bed....ok....so how does that info help me?
I guess its more of a metabolic flexibility thing. Worthless for someone like us who already knows what they are eating day to day.

Thanks for the knowledge. I was just wondering everyone’s thoughts on it. It made it sound more enticing that it is and I was just talking to a buddy that used one in a hospital. Said his maintenance is 1300 and he maintains on like 3500 lmao. Said the nurse was shook. Way too expensive and inaccurate. I’d personally never use it but like I said thought I’d throw it up.

definitely useless for us trying to look as freaky as humanly possibly and eating the same thing/meals each day
