Thanks for all the feedback it has helped me decide what to do. I do think it is prolactin causing this and I don't have access to anything but b6, nolv,arimadex,and peptide liquid exemastane and letrozole. I am going to pound the nolv at 40mg a day and letrozole at 2.5mg a day. how does that sound?

Do you need the letro? Any blood work?

Well, a lump behind a nipple is usually gynecomastia. You need some gyno treatment if that's the case, don't let this get out of hand or it can become a real problem.

I agree, sounds like gyno to me.Not something to play around with at all.The gyno treatment animal listed is excellent

i also wonder why it seems that 95% of one sided gyro is always on the left nip, not the right.... anyone know?

Anytime i get soreness it always starts on the left

I had it pretty bad at one point when I was younger from running pro hormones and not taking the correct PCT protocol after. I used Letro pretty heavily and it got rid of most of the lump and all of the soreness. I continue to run Adex ED to EOD to keep it from flaring up.
