lump in bicep

4 or 5 years ago I didn't know what I was doing about site injection and I was injecting some Enanthate and prop in my bi's...Well, to make a long story short I developed some scar tissue in my right bicep in the form of a lump about the size of a half dollar. You can't notice it visually but I can feel it if I massage my bicep. Is there any way to get rid of it other then any form of surgery?

ive never had it in my bicep but i use a heating pad and rub it out in my glute. it will enventually break down im pretty sure i would switch injection sites. maybe someone else can help a little more

Deep Tissue massage! Hurt like hell but it will help.

Depp tissue, it takes 3 to 4 months 2 times a week.
