Latest issue had a program for negatives.They used machines ex. chest couple warm ups on smith machine bench press= press the weight both arms then= one arm slow negative,press weight both arms then one arm slow negative.I Think it was two sets two reps each side. pretty much have to use machines,but can do heavy negs training alone. I thought it was good idea,plus some benefit training unilateral with more recruitment etc.
