hi guys,
i am 257lbs @ 20 percent bodyfat, i have a very heavy workload,
presently eating a macronutrient ratio of 50/35/20---- P/C/F to grow into a show, so presently eating 4 meals a day and my idea is to keep bumping my meals as i gain/strength/leaness---i will be going upto 12 meals a day.(slolwly) 30 weeks to go,
coming down to my problem
i have been consuming whole food only when i am hungry, but i think i will have resume to 50gram whey/35grams Malto dextrin/15-20ml olive oil for my next 8 meals + 5 gram Fiber supplement, is that fine...this is the first time i am using this approach
if some one has done this before, please let me know

Did he ask how to bulk??? Did he ask how to cut??? or did he ask how to "GROW INTO A SHOW"?!?!
