overall both shows. the pics do him no justice. wasnt even close. i got to see chris compete last may and havent seen him since. 9lbs of stage muscle and better conditioning is a huge huge difference. i am not impressed very easy but this was a big transformation. with added back and hamstring size he could be competitive at the junior nat. level with the same conditioning and fullness.

Thanks guys. This show is the reason I started bodybuilding.....to win my state show. Doesn't get much exposure and certainly isn't at the level as several other state level shows. I have never thought i was higher than a state level guy.....so this is my Nationals.

The pics are from the WV LHW division, I also competed in the Mid Atlantic grand prix which had a few tougher guys in the class....but I managed to come out on top. The monkey is off my back. So its back to the drawing board.....im not sure where to go from here as I know I have a lot to improved on before trying to move up to a bigger show. I guess time will tell.
