Maintaing decent physique

Hi guys, no matter I want it or not looks like my progressing in bodybuilding is over. I had mention before that I have ckd stage 3 and after few blood test the condition is stabilised. How would you approach that? I take nothing but a little bit of test as I don't want this to progress. Any advices? Thx

Stop trying to body build bc it's literally all centered around supra AAS use, which is no longer in your cards. Focus on becoming a better "athlete" and you'll be surprised how far you can go.

Ckd is no joke, I would say focus solely on health, and longevity with muscle mass as a secondary constant

If that means you lose 20 lbs of muscle, but your BP improves, and your cardiovascular system gets into better shape, Do it.

Kidney disease is a slow killer, you won't know anything is wrong with you right up until your GFR becomes critically low (stage 4-5, <20GFR), then you'll start feeling symptoms, and usually it's too late to revert back if too far gone.

TRT + Cardio+ weight training + Proper diet (lower protein, sodium, and potassium control)

Good advice but I'll say CKD is the HARDEST condition to give nutritional advice to, it's not so simple as low protein. I talk to RD/Nutritionists as the hospital about this topic and it's a rock and a hard place.

Hopefully OP is being truthful about his blood work being cleared by medical staff. End stage renal kills your will to live way quicker than it kills you, a sad way to go.

My dad had end stage renal disease. He used to eat 2-3 teaspoons of porridge towards the end, because that's all he could stomach before wanting to go back to sleep.

Be safe guys, it's just a hobby, and you care exponentially more than anybody else ever will.
