Make Calves Bigger!

My calves are not a point of embarrassment for me but they are soooo hard to grow. I'm to the point where I'm working them every day but still can't get what I need... Would doing exercises to increase my vertical help with size?

Accessing the sponsor section wouldn't do a whole lot for me that I know of (but I wouldn't mind accessing it) and at the same time these are also legitimate questions I have and I am posting them in the newbie section since I am a newbie so I don't get the problem. It's not like i'm just posting random bs like "how's everyone's day" or whatever.

it is a legitimate question,im sure someone will help u here , i beleive working tthem everyday will just give u more definition but u need to really work them hard and then give them time to rebuild maybe go every other day.

I heard the more you post threads to get your post count up, the longer it takes for your calves to grow.

My calves have been issues for years. Just hit them often an hard and heavy. There is no ancient chinese secret for calf growth, although it would be alot cooler if there was.

My left ankle is fused so I have a loss of flexibility and motion. My right calf is much bigger and stronger. Using isolation movements I've made some serious left calf gains. If someone like myself can manage, then so can you.

Probably the best advice, I'll just up the ante when I work them and switch to every other day
