I have read and read about all the controversy regarding multivitamin (absorption, peak plasma, half life in the blood) and I was wondering:
Can someone could advice me of a certain blend of vitamin/minerals/food supplement that I could combine and experience it's full effect and what "route" is the best for each
Example: XXXX mg of Vitamin C in IV
XXX mg of Vitamin A in IV
XXX Hyaluronic Acid in IV or applyed on the skin
XXX Collagen in IV or applied on the skin
Also if there is any absorption different (significant) between IV and SubQ or IM?
I am tired of paying a shit load of money to yield to 90% of yellow/greenish smelly pee.
