I rarely eat just the whites anymore. Usually 3-4 whole eggs and then add some whites to boost the protein. Scramble if I’m taking with me or over easy if eating them right then.Is there a rule saying you have to eat egg whites?

15 pickle slices… in an omelette?What do you guys add to cooked egg whites to make them taste good? This is my pre workout meal so don't want to really add fat. U used to add 15 pickle slices and 6 oz mushrooms but getting sick of that omelette.
Greek yogurt, stevia, fruit, rice cakes crumbled, syrup, frozen fruit? I tried bbq sauce was gross. Maybe even jelly?
You can’t digest the whites without the yolk. Add 1 yolk to your egg whites and I bet it goes awyaI do salsa with my eggs but I can't stomach whites alone. I don't know what it is about them, also messes my digestion up.
My pre workout for a while was COR with egg whites. I would cook the COR to about 90% done, then dump the egg whites in there and stir until thick. Add 1/2 scoop protein for flavour with 1-2 splenda and cinnamon. Tastes like a treat.
