I was just wondering what the latest is on supplements that stimulate natural testosterone production. I've been totally clean for a while now and I was just wondering if anybody here has been keeping up with the over the counter supplements. I'd like to get my natural test flowing full force for a while. I did a search but maybe I just don't know how to word it right because I couldn't find much. Thank's, everybody.

Nettle root has shown to have a great affinity towards binding to the SHBG, pretty much like an herbal version of proviron, guys are really digging it, taking 1-2 grams 2-3 times a day.

Avena Sativa is supposed to act on SHBG, thus allowing more free test!!!

Hmmm, so do you guys think that it would good to combine tribulus, nettle root and avena sativa? Sounds like a good combo to me to get the balls pumping and bind up the shbg. Well, maybe I'll just give it a shot and see what happens.

ive done some research on the products t nation has for natural test boosting...and they all seem pretty legit. they def have one of the best trib products out there too, with their tribex line.
