Anyone have any recipes for saled dressings?
Lemon juice can be used as well. The acid component seems to "brighten" the flavor. Sometimes I will mix in some chopped shallot or fresh herbs.
For me, there is only one real salad dressing.
GOOD Extra Virgin Olive Oil and GOOD Balsamic Vinegar.
Mix oil:vinegar at a 3:1 ratio.
So for one serving, I usually use 1Tbsp of oil and 1Tsp of vinegar.
Perfect every time.
does anyone have a good, but clean recipe for antipasto dressing?
