I've been walking at a slow pace on about 3% incline each day since Sunday and it feels ok now. Up to 40 minutes now, with 1 or 2 short breaks of 1 minute or so. Slowly increasing duration,speed, and incline.
One setback, I've got a blood clot in my left forearm now. Thankfully it's just a superficial vein. Cephalic vein. Nothing to do other than give my body time to break it down by lysis.
