I am always getting told that I don't eat enough or that I'm not going to make good gains on my program.
but for my body type I retain water easily unless I keep my calories between 2500-2700.
Also I get extremely fearfull of gyno side effects, and also androgenic side effects since everybody seems to notice 750mgs of enathate per week, and often totally tune my program way down even after i've went to all of the trouble of getting my gear.
anyways I've decided that this seems to be the best program for me.
375 of sust and 300 of deca for 7 weeks with 15mg's of dianabol for the last 4 weeks.
Am I wasting my time or will I get the gains i'm looking for on this type of a short cycle?
